Cancellation & Refund

After 24 hours of making the reservation, the majority of our vacation packages, flights, pre-paid car rentals, airline tickets, and service costs are non-refundable. If you reach out to our customer care centre to cancel and your trip has yet to start, your trip protection insurance is refundable within 10 days of purchase. Only when the following requirements are fulfilled may we grant refund requests:

  • You are requesting a cancellation and refund from us, and if cancellation and refund are permitted by the fare circumstances,
  • You are not a "no show" (the majority of "no show" reservations are not eligible for any supplier limitations regarding refund processing), and
  • In order to carry out this requested cancellation and reimbursement, we were able to obtain waivers from suppliers.
  • We prioritize speed and convenience, including user-friendly booking interfaces and real-time updates.

We are unable to give a precise figure of how long it will take to process this refund request. Every refund request is dealt with in a methodical manner. We will alert you via email that your cancellation request has been received after you have sent it to our customer service representative. You are not instantly eligible for a refund after receiving this notification. All you get from this is a tracking number and an acknowledgement that your request has been received. After receiving your request, we will work together with the airlines, flights, and car rental companies to create a waiver in accordance with airlines and other provider regulations. We will then let you understand each supplier's decision. Our service costs related to the initial booking or trip reservation are non-refundable.

Please be aware that we depend on the vendors to provide the refunds that we have requested. It can take longer for the refund to show up on the statement for your credit card after the provider has authorized it. Every supplier typically imposes a penalty for refunds. From the time your request gets processed until the credit appears on your bill, the entire procedure might take 60 to 90 days.
